What to do when Alcatel Idol 4s turned off on its own and won't turn back on?

I've had my Idol 4s less than one year. Today, it was fully charged, I got a text notification, phone turned off on its own and now it will not turn back on. And yes, I know for sure it was definitely charged. Any ideas??

my phone is an alcatel onetouch and I think its fully charged but it wont come on I pluged it in to a charger the top light just blinks

Hi Julie. Try removing the battery then put it back after a few seconds. This works on my phones before.
