I checked the list of Android devices that are compatible with the Sky Go app. According to their website, only Asus Transformer TF101 and Amazon Kindles are not compatible with the Sky Go tablet app. But they haven't tested all devices so there is a good chance the your tablet model is one of those that are not compatible.
