Does the warranty cover the damages on the Samsung Galaxy Alpha?
I got a Samsung Galaxy alpha phone in march of 2015 I cracked the seen by accidently dropping from 2 ft and the charging port interior tab broke off unable to charge won't turn on is it under warranty for a new replacement?

Hi David. It's unlikely Samsung is going to cover damages under the warranty. You can find the Samsung contact info here. I'd recommend calling them at least just to speak with them about your options.
It might be worth a try sending it away.
At this point, you have nothing to loose right?
I'm sorry but damages like that are not covered by the warranty. You will have to pay for the repairs.
