With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume up key.
While holding the Volume up key, press and hold the Power key. Release both keys when the No command screen appears
Press and hold the Power key, then press and release the Volume up key. When finished, release the Power key.
On the Android Recovery screen, press the Volume down key to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset.
Press the Power key to select Wipe data/factory reset.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key.
Once the reset is complete, ensure that Reboot system now is highlighted, then press the Power key. The device will power off and restart.
The device is now reset to factory settings.
