I purchased the phone in Ukraine and have used it there. I would now like to use it in Mexico. what do I need to do?

Hi Bob. Almost all phones one can buy in Ukraine are unlocked, so just buy the Sim card in Mexico from Telcel or Movistar or any other GSM provider, choose a prepaid plan and activate it right there in the store, they must help you to do that.
