Hmm.. Looks like it's best to contact your carrier now. I'm thinking it may be a network issue. BTW, do you get echoes when you play audio using the speaker?

Thanks Carl.  Yes , during calls that  sometimes  start clear and  then the echo appears.

Also , generally the same caller, who doesn't get any echo on their phone. Still happening. Once the echo arrives , it stays
