How do you get your voicemail on the Motorola Quantico?
the message has a recorded voice but I can not retrieve the voicemail to hear the message the caller left help!

Hi kathy. There should be voice prompts (or on screen instructions) once you access your voicemail. If you have difficulty in the process, you can contact your carrier using another phone so their customer rep can guide you step-by-step.
