How to get S-Bike, NFC, and Ultra Data Saving mode in Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016)?

Hi..I bought a new samsung j5 2016 ( SM-J510F) edition from kuwait..and i am now using it in india..It doesnt have s-bike mode,ultradata saving mode and nfc.How can i get this things..?..Software updates shows your mobile is fully updated

no i don't see this option 

plz tell how i get s bike, ultra data saving... because on pressing software update on my device it says your device is fully updated....

Go to Settings > NFC and payment, do you see that option?
