I can't turn my phone off. '45' comes up on the screen when i press the end button or when i press and hold the end button. i can make 1 phone call when i first turn the phone on and when i am done, 45 comes up on the screen and then none of the other buttons work except the end button. it's like it freezes or something. if i take the battery out and turn it back on, still the same thing. i can do 1 data thing (call or regular text message) and then i have to take the battery out and turn it back on again. i can get to my pictures, but it won't let me select or view any of them full screen and when it freezes on me the only button that works is the end button. i can access my contacts whe the '45' is on the screen but it only shows me 3 of my contacts. i can't access the settings or alarm clock or scedule at all. and one more thing. when i am typing a text message the whole 2nd row of buttons doesn't work at all. the whole !st, 3rd, and 4th rows work just fine. i have cricket service and took it to the store and they told me it was a glitch and that it couldn't be fixed. they said my warrenty expired 3 months ago and that i would have to buy a new phone. i don't have coppies of my pictures (of my 1st child since i was in the hospital giving birth and even before when i was pregnant-he's almost a year old!) and i asked if there was a data cord i could buy to put pictures on the computer and she said no! and the last thing i saked was if i found a cord that fit, could i use it and would it work? she said no again. i mainly want to access my calander, alarm clock and most importantly my pictures. i can create a picture message and click options-insert photo-(camara/pictures/images) and it will show me my pictures but like i said before it won't let me scroll thru them, select them or view any of them full screen. by the way, i have access to all my contacts when i first turn it on, but the whole second row of buttons still doesn't work even when i can make a call or send a text message. i'm so tired of seeing '45' and taking out and putting back in my battery! please help me! thanks in advance!
