I have the same problem. T-Mobile stuck their sim into the phone, the phone recognizes the T-Mobile Sim, but does not connect. I asked for a refund for the month unlimited Talk and Data they sold me that they claimed would work with the Sim, but refused to give me a refund of my $43.70 when it became apparent the sim was not appropriate for its intended use. They said that it was my problem, not theirs.
