Why am I getting an error message after hard resetting ZTE Reef?

I jus got my phone working again after the factory reset I did and I'm trying to get logged back into my Google account. The issues is it's not connecting. The message I'm getting is "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care."  I am using wireless internet where I am right now and I have had some connecting problems but not this bad. Any suggestions how how to fix this, if possinle , would be appreciated. Thank you




Hi Megan. Try setting that up in a place with an open Wi-Fi network. I think you need to fix APN settings that's why it's acting like that. Please update us on how it goes.
