Why can't I use the keyboard on the XOLO A500s Lite?

just go to language and input in settings menu and then go to default keypad two options will be seen google keyboard or reveri smart pad
just select google keyboard
why is this happening , someone please resolve the issue quickly

Hi karthi, can you please try using a different keyboard app? Maybe the problem is just from the keyboard app you're using.
xolo a500 s lite mobile does not type on keyboard... it shown INVALID DEVICE.
What do you mean? It doesn't show up when trying to write a message? Maybe it just lagged. Restart your phone then check it again.
