Anybody got the solution for it? because my mobile started having this slow charging issue. Changed my charger, used in different sockets. used many cables. used different adapters (both turbo and regular), still not charging fast enough. please answer if anyone has a solution

But my turbocharging is not working on below 78% also. What to do? Its been a month only when I bought the phone.

Same thing happened to me. I have one month of warranty left and have to send it in to a repair centre. So frustrating. After about three hours it charged from 20 up to 25% if that. It definitely won't "turbo charge" but even the regular charging doesn't work. It's ridiculous. :(

I bought Moto g 4 plus from amazon . from last few days i have been experiencing weird issue with my device. Turbo charging is not working at all. when i pluged in it shows charging .takes almost an hour for charging aprox 10 percent of battery . Also, while charging i faced some disgusting behaviour in phone. some apps get open and dancing . touch doesnt work at that time . the only way to overcome issue by locking phone. I tried charging phone from some other moto g plus charger and turbo charging works. Really its quite annoying after buying this phone for some good amount its showing cheap chinese quality . If hell no of customers facing similar issue wjy not manufacturer works on it or they can recalled there phone from market. Honestly they are selling defective item.

My problem is the same my mobile is not charging well it is charging very slow it charge only 45% in 3hr 30 with the charger or turbo power with the box what can I do

Same thing happened with me. My Moto G4 plus was charging @ 12% in 1 hr 20min. What was more ridiculous was that soon after putting the device on charge for the first time the mobile screen starred dancing, torch light started flickering, apps started getting on and off automatically. I didn't have any control over the device as it hanged completely. I was not even able to switch it off. Taking the matter up with Amazon. Lets see.

I bought motoG 5days back from Amazon but problem with slow charging...I don't know what's the problem it took more than 6hours to get 100℅ charged..planning to return!  Any other solution to this??

Charging  slowly problem

 The Motorola Turbo charger will charge the device at a faster rate when the device is below 78%. If the device is already at 78% or higher, it will charge at regular speed. Battery charging rate will start to slow down  when the battery temperature reaches 44C or above. Once device cools down, charging rate will go back to normal for Turbo charging. (source)
