Suddenly my Panasonic switch off then i try to start it starts but not responding..??

Try charging your phone first. Maybe battery just went dead and you just need to recharge it.

Another trick you can try is to remove the battery and press the power button for 10 seconds. Put the battery and turn the phone on. That trick worked for me before so there could be a chance that it will work for you as well.
