My samsung galaxy A8 screen got freezed and after restating many times that problem does not get fix .now what I do
my phone(SAMSUNG GALAXY A8) was on charging after 30 min I check my phone screen hot freezed and after restating many times problem does not get fix .Please tell me what I do. and also on the there is line poping up and down. whenever I prees lock button phone making some kind werid noise . Please reply.

Hi hansa. Looks like you have a broken phone there. Was the phone accidentally dropped? Anyhow, it's best for you to bring the phone to an authorized service center to have it checked.
