My Sharp Kin Two is stuck on the "Updating Modem" screen. What can I do to make it go away?

It is a KIN windows sharp phone. This screen has been up for days. Do I need a new phone??




This looks bad. I've read a lot of Kin Two users have also been experiencing the same problem and no one has yet to find a solution. The best you can do is contact Sharp or your carrier for further assistance.
