Why am I not getting any sound when receiving a text message on my Huawei P9?
I'm not getting any sound when a text comes in!
I tried Go SMS to try the message tone for individual contacts , i also today got a system update , but I'm not getting any sound from incoming messages at all!!
Huawei P9, Emui 4.1.2. AVA L09c706b145
Any advice welcome

Hi Stuart. Open the Messages app > Settings > Notifications > make sure it is enabled.
