Phone is set to alert me to new texts with BOTH a tone, and to announce the texter's ID. The default tone is an annoying "Windows PC" kind of buh-CHING but so far, efforts to change it don't work. I followed the directions within the regular texting app, and selected a different tone from the menu ["Olive"] and saved it. But the damn thing won't change. I looked at the manual for this phone from other carriers, and the process to change the text alert tone is the same across the board. What am I doing wrong--and could there be some glitch where choosing to ALSO announce disables tone choice?? Thanks
