Thanks for your response. I tried that before posting. It does not turn off. Only goes blank after the power is used up. Charged again several times and the same thing happens over and over again. Only shows the BLU logo.
Hi yvette. If you press and hold the power button for like 10 or more seconds, it should turn off. Let me know if that works.
