I have same problem.
When I play music with headset, ring vol and notification vol automatically sets to approx 25 %. After removing headset, it does not come back to original setting and I am not able to hear ringtone. This is happening after latest update in lenovo a 6000 +.
Any solution ?
Thanks.

I am also having the exact same problem. I am only using Bluetooth A2DP speakers. (For music only and not voice calls). It is annoying .... As I cannot hear the ring most of the time.

Hmm.. I'm starting to think this a set up in Lenovo phones. Please contact Lenovo about this problem. Please keep us updated about this.

I have two bluetooth head sets (Nokia BH214 & Bluedio AV890) both are perfectly working with other phones (I have chedked with samsung and redmi 1s), but only problem in Lenovo A6000. when I connected blue tooth head set ringer volume and notification volume will automatically readucing to 25% level. I am increasing volumes manually. I am checking after 5 minutes volumes will be decreasing to 25% level.

Does your Bluetooth headset have volume keys? I'm thinking that it may be the Bluetooth headset causing the problem.

Aafter installing bluetooth volume also decreasing ringer and notification volume to 25% when connected to bluetooth head set.

Try installing Bluetooth Volume (link) from Google Play store and please let us know if that fixes the issue.

it is happening when connected to blue tooth head set only. volume level is decreasing up to 25% only not to zero level.

Hmm... Check if your volume down key is stuck. It may just be it.
