I wouldn't update yet. Look for forums or Facebook Group of people using Karbonn Titanium Mach Five. Check if anyone did the update and check if any of them experience any issues. Cause in my experience, I have this phone where an update came. I didn't update immediately, later I learned it's a buggy update that makes your phone restart a lot. Hope that helps!
