Why won't the speaker and mic work on the Nokia 720?
No sound such as ringtone or message tones and receiver cannot hear me when making a call.
All volume and speaker settings are set at full.

Hmm.. In that case, I will suggest that you contact Nokia or go to an authorized service center and have experts check it. A hardware damage is probably causing that. Hope you get it fixed soon. Good luck!
