Setting up the Blu Advance 5.0 for the first time. I selected my WiFi connection, but the phone can't get past "obtaining IP address" so can't connect to Wifi despite a strong signal.
Sometimes a simple restart can fix such issue. Please restart your phone then connect to Wi-Fi again. Make sure you are entering the correct password (if needed).
