Hi there. Simply visit Google Play and search using the keyword "camera app". You should find them after that. Hmm.. If your camera doesn't work, try clearing the data or do restore factory settings. If replacing the camera app, clearing the data, or restoring factory settings doesn't work, then I think the problem is hardware related.
