What to do if Ellipsis 7 is frozen?
Verizon Eclipse 7 the tablet is on but the touch pad is not working. NOR can I even turn the tablet off. it all is frozen

Press and hold the power button button for 20 seconds then release. Then press the power button again to see if your device will then turn on. If that doesn't work, just wait until your battery discharges. Recharge it and it should work after.
