When i went in contacts for calling someone,it is showing message as your contacts are hidden.n i couldnt make a call,n thus i lost my all contacts.what can i do for getting my contacts back .plz tell me?

When someone calls me ,i can see his/her name.but not in contact list & in whatsapp.
