Today, while getting my phone our of my bag with a heavy duty cover on, I dropped it. I have dropped it many times before, even on concrete. I dropped this on a carpet after 5 months of having it, and half the screen shattered. Please tell me there is a place to fix this and it isnt 100$ like the other stores!
