Why is battery discharging even when plugged in to charge?
What is the issue, and why does it discharging the battery when plugged in to charge? And keep on decrease the battery level instead of charging percent increase iam fedup with this please help me to resolve.

I think you have a broken cable or charging adapter. Try using a different set of charger and observe if it's still the same.
