Why does my Doro 6030 keep losing its charge or turning itself off?

The first Doro 6030 I bought lost it's charge more and more quickly, and eventually started turning itself off after a couple of hours following a full charge.

It was replaced under warranty.

The replacment is now doing the same thing, and it's only 4 weeks since I took it out of the box.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, or am I just unlucky?

N.B. I use the phone about 5 minutes a day, and let it run down to 1 or 2 'bars'.

Hi Karl. How's the network signal in your phone? Bad network signal can result on the phone losing battery faster.
