Why is my Motorola Moto G4 plus not getting charged?
I own a Moto g 4 plus and my charger isn't taking the connection with my phone whereas it is charging other phones and also that my phone is getting charged by other charger but not making any connection with my turbo charger. What's the problem? Can you please help

Hi Annesha Datta. Do you get a message when you plug in the turbo charger to your phone? Also, try using Ampere (link) and check if your phone is charging with the turbo charger. And are you still using the original charger cable?
