My phone is not letting me download any files or PDFs anymore. Just two weeks ago, it was downloading things just fine. But nowadays, the downloading icon is not appearing in the top right corner of my phone anymore. The pop-up message saying, "starting download..." still appears at the bottom of the screen, though. When I check my drop down notifications menu, it never says download complete, even after a few minutes. Also, whenever I open the downloads icon on my phone, it doesn't show any loading progress bar. I've already tried turning off and restarting my phone to no avail. Please help me out as I would appreciate this greatly!
