Why is the notification center pull down screen not work on the Nokia Lumia 520?
The pull screen to view the notification are not working at all.. Can anyone suggest something.. I tried a soft reset and a factory reset and nothing worked.. Nokia 520

Have you tried simply restarting the phone? Maybe it just lagged or a glitch.
