Why won't my ZTE Grand S turn on?
It won't turn on and when plugged into the charger a steady red light comes on. I've tried different chargers.

Since you have already tried using different chargers we can say that issue could be just the battery or the phone itself. Contact ZTE to find out where you can purchase a replacement battery or where to send or bring your phone for repair.
