Elegant looking top-notch phone

from The Mobile Indian

The LG V30+ looks a pretty interesting device with some premium design along with some top-notch hardware. As for the competition is concerned, the smartphone will surely face a stiff competition. However, the at this price point the phone does looks like a deal to beat.

Best Android phone I have ever used

from Phandroid

I still think the V30 is the best Android phone I’ve ever used, but I’m more aware of other devices. I think there are a couple of key reasons why someone should get the V30 instead of the Pixel 2 XL. In general, it just has more. The one big thing it doesn’t have is a killer camera.

The videographer's smartphone arrives

The V-series has always been LG’s playground for the more ambitious fare left out of their more-mainstream flagship G-series - and all the better for it. The V30 continues that trend in good form.

A delight to use, especially for music lovers

from Techgoondu

Even if you think you’re already sold on a Samsung flagship, I’d say have a look at the V30+. Have a listen to music on the phone with a pair of decent earphones. Then decide if looks matter more or music does.

LG’s new flagship is a tempting, high-powered package

from TechRadar

The LG V30 is a confident step forward, not just for LG’s experimental smartphone branch, but for its flagship devices in general. Simply put, this is LG’s best in recent memory and as a result, it’s also one of 2017’s best smartphones.

LG has tried to market its camera prowess with its phones, most recently this year with ads for the G6. It should keep hammering that message home because it has a superb mix of features and capabilities with the V30, in spite of elements that feel rushed. The wide-angle lens is still one of the best features LG offers on its flagship phones. You lose some pixels with it, but you cram in a lot in the frame. Manual controls for both stills and video are still among the best in the business.

Digital Photography Review

An excellent device for content production and a great smartphone in general use

from Digital Photography Review

With its extreme wide angle secondary camera and and extensive video feature set, the LG V30 makes a great device for vloggers or anyone else interested in video production with a smartphone. The wide angle works great in still photography as well, allowing you to squeeze more into the frame, without the need for accessory lenses.

LG's biggest and most beautiful smartphone

from TechSpot

There have been a lot of ‘almost great’ smartphone releases in 2017, and the LG V30 is another such example. There’s a lot of great, if not excellent things about this phone, but at the same time there are a couple of issues that, in the face of strong competition, are hard to ignore.
