One of the first things I noticed about Asus' ZenWatch 3 is how stunning it is.

Affordable, stylish, and competent

It’s the best of what’s around: an affordable, good-looking watch with Android Wear 2.0... Full review

Appeals to a more fashion-conscious audience

from Tech Advisor
The Asus ZenWatch 3 is a gorgeous smartwatch – possibly one of the best-looking to date – but there are shortcomings to the circular smartwatch. It’s limited in terms of fitness tracking, measuring only steps and standing hours and offering tracking for only basic exercises due to the omission of GPS and a heart-rate tracker. It’s also sluggish in performance and runs the outdated Android Wear 1.5, although Asus promises an update to Android Wear 2.0 in the future... Finally, another great Android Wear device

from Mobile Syrup
At $350 CAD, the Asus ZenWatch 3 remains a pricey accessory, albeit one that still manages to be one of the best Android Wear watches on the market. With the utility of wearables, particularly smartwatches, in question right now, and with the reveal of LG's new smartwatches, as well as Android Wear 2.0, on the horizon, it's difficult to recommend someone run out and purchase a ZenWatch 3 immediately... All about style

from Wareable
The Asus ZenWatch 3 is a well-rounded smartwatch, but Asus's fitness angle is weak without the features to support it. This is all about style, and it will be a much better device the moment it gets Android Wear 2.0. Until then, you're still looking at a classy watch with decent battery life and some nice custom twists from Asus... Full review

Stylish design and smooth performance but battery life can be a struggle

from PhoneArena
The ZenWatch 3 is pretty. It's solidly built, reasonably intuitive to use, and really does look quite nice. But it is also a big watch – and it's not the just-under-10mm-thickness that gives us pause, but the way the strap seems insistent upon being paired with a wrist of considerable thickness itself. Even though the strap will support smaller arms, the watch just doesn't feel right, and it never quite comes across as secure... Full review

A model of downright sophistication, especially with one of its upscale faces

A decent smart watch, but wait for Android Wear 2.0 if you can... Full review

Rubs shoulders with the stylish competition

Asus did a great job refining its latest Android Wear smartwatch. The ZenWatch 3 has one of the best displays of any smartwatch, great battery life and is built well. It’s missing a few features but it’s an undeniably attractive smartwatch... Full review

One of the best Android Wear watches, but that’s not saying much

from 9to5Google

Overall, I think this watch might be the watch to buy if you find one of the variants that ASUS offers fitting for your style. In terms of hardware and features, you probably can’t beat this watch — at least not in the Android Wear space — for the price. The less-capable Moto 360 2nd gen. still retails for $300, and this watch can be yours for just $230. It’s a no-brainer if, like I said, you can stand its looks. These quick shots I took for this review may not do a great job of conveying its looks, but I have to say that the ZenWatch 3 is definitely nicer in person... Full review

Relatively better value for money than other top competitors

from Ausdroid
The Asus ZenWatch 3 is an exceptionally well designed and built device, unlike many smartwatches it perfectly straddles the line between Fashion/ jewellery, timepiece and smart device. I can not fault the construction or overall feel of the device, it’s simply gorgeous. The ZenWatch 3 isn’t without its compromises, however, the lack of any NFC hardware MIGHT mean it’s not fully compatible with rumoured future software features, and the lack of aftermarket bands and accessories is a big issue that Asus needs to address... Smart Watch Review

A real contender to other smartwatches on the market

from Smart Watch Review
This sleek and fashionable smartwatch is not just full of good looks, but it’s brains and features are very impressive as well. From 6-axis sensors for fitness and health tracking to high quality construction, to energy efficient processors and technology, this ZenWatch 3 has not only been upgraded in nearly every way, but it offers features that other smartwatches may not (such as the OS Smart-Gesture Control and multi-button functionality...
