With an impressive 40 hours of battery life on a full charge, simple design and the very fact they pay as much attention to the finer details in a piece of music as the broad strokes, they're a pair worth investing in.

Clean, playful and very M50xish sound

from MajorHifi

Yes. This is definitely an M50x in terms of sound and build. And Bluetooth 5 brings these cans to the head of the pack in this price range. If you’re a fan of pop, electronica or any genre involving acoustic instruments, these babies should make you a happy camper.

Not only are the M50xBTs more convenient by being wireless, they also sound much friendlier to the ear. As far as Audio-Technica’s own range of headphones is concerned, this is a brilliant all-around upgrade that keeps the good while discarding some of the bad of its predecessor.

from Expert Reviews

Audio-Technica’s new ATH-M50xBT are a resounding success. They have all the strengths of the wired ATH-M50x, including excellent sound quality, superb comfort and isolation and a practical, durable design. Crucially, though, the ATH M50xBT has another key party trick in its locker: wireless connectivity.
