The screen is very poor, both in clarity and responsiveness

from Coolsmartphone
In my initial impressions review I mentioned that my benchmark for budget phones at the moment is the Nokia Lumia 520. This doesn’t hold a candle to it, I’m afraid. There are a couple of nice software features and it looks smarter, but the only real advantage the LG has is that it’s got the Play Store selection of apps that Windows phone still can’t compete with. This is an advantage it has over the Lumia 1020 too, but I wouldn’t consider it a deal breaker in either case!.. Full review

Budget price, budget performance as well with some nice features to flaunt

from The Mobile Indian
Summing it all up, the LG Optimus L3 II is a good budget device that offers most features and hardware specifications and is as easy to use as well. The battery life on the LG Optimus L3 II is one of the plus points for the device and with its 1540 mAh battery the device manages up to 2 days of usage between charges, maybe a little longer for lighter users but it is great overall... An extremely affordable and basic Android smartphone

from PhoneArena
With a price of around $140 off contract, the Optimus L3 II has fierce competition among low-end Androids, but not only. We honestly think the small screen in the L3 II takes a lot of the beauty of Android and that's one big reason against buying it. There are phones with slightly larger screens, but even a small increase in screen size makes a big difference for the user experience. The camera is also disappointing even for such an affordable device. Combine those two and you have solid reasoning for going against this otherwise fun chubby little Android... Full review

A compact dual-SIM Android phone

from NDTV

The LG Optimus L3 II Dual sports a compact form factor and is just 102mm long and 61mm wide. The smartphone has curved rounded corners.

The smartphone runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and LG has added its own Optimus UI layer on top, majorly changing the look and feel of the interface and enabling users to customise the phone.

The LG Optimus L3 II Dual is a decent Android smartphone in this price-range. However, the low-screen resolution, some games being not compatible with the phone, the lack of HD video playback and the phone's capacitive keys not being backlit are some of t... Full review

Small and pocketable and comes with an affordable price tag

from TrustedReviews
We like the fact that the LG Optimus L3 is small and pocketable and comes with an affordable price tag. It also has good battery life and a neat voice activated camera shutter feature. However, the tiny, low-resolution screen makes web browsing a bit of a chore, it's camera isn't great and call quality could be better too... Full review
